Commercial/private Insurance

The $0 Co-pay Program

Patients with private/commercial insurance will have $0 out-of-pocket drug costs, regardless of income, and may receive support of up to $30,000 per calendar year.

Government insurance, uninsured or underinsured, or just experiencing delays

Talk to your doctor or a Clovis CaresTM Access Specialist about enrolling in the following programs:

QuickStart Program

Patients can get started on treatment even if they experience delays, regardless of income or insurance. This program may provide the first 15 days of treatment at no cost, with up to 3 refills (maximum 60 days). This program is available for eligible patients with private/commercial or government insurance experiencing delays.

Patient Assistance Program

Patients who are uninsured or rendered uninsured may qualify to receive treatment at no cost based on their income level and other eligibility guidelines.

Coverage Link Program

Available for eligible patients who experience a change in commercial insurance status, which includes changing to a new insurer following a job change or switching plans during an employer’s annual enrollment period. Patients who experience a delay in coverage of 5 business days or more may receive the first 15 days of treatment at no cost and may receive 15-day supplies for up to 90 days.
